This Privacy Policy explains what information Viridian collects and how we use it. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

  • Account data: your username, email address, hashed password, and two-factor settings.
  • Order data: the Roblox username/profile link you provide for delivery, items purchased, and delivery status.
  • Wallet & payment data: your balance, transaction history, crypto deposit addresses we generate for you, and payment references returned by our payment providers. We never store full card numbers — only a secure token from the processor.
  • Technical data: IP address and basic logs used for security, rate-limiting and fraud prevention.
  • Seller data (sellers only): linked Roblox account details and credentials you choose to provide, stored encrypted at rest.

2. How we use it

  • To operate the Service: process orders, deliver items, run the wallet and giveaways.
  • To keep accounts secure and prevent fraud and abuse.
  • To send you transactional emails (order updates, security alerts).
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We share data only as needed to run the Service — for example with payment providers to process deposits, or with email delivery services. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information where required by law.

4. Security

Passwords are hashed, sensitive seller credentials are encrypted at rest, and the site runs over HTTPS. Optional two-factor authentication is available and recommended. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

5. Data retention

We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting and fraud-prevention purposes. You can request account deletion (see Contact), subject to records we must retain by law.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under the age required in our Terms of Use. We do not knowingly collect data from children below that age without parental involvement.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
