Welcome to Viridian ("Viridian", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using this website (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Not affiliated with Roblox. Viridian is an independent marketplace. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" and related marks are trademarks of Roblox Corporation.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. If you are a minor, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. You are responsible for complying with the rules of any third-party platform you use, including Roblox's own Terms of Service.

2. Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and two-factor authentication safe, and for all activity under your account.
  • Provide accurate information. One person may not operate multiple accounts to abuse promotions, giveaways or refunds.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms, attempt fraud or chargebacks, or abuse the Service.

3. What we sell

Viridian lets you buy virtual items associated with Roblox — limiteds (delivered by in-game trade), toy codes, and Robux payouts — using a prepaid wallet balance. All sales are for virtual goods. Prices and availability can change at any time. We may refuse or cancel any order.

4. Wallet & payments

  • You add funds to your Viridian wallet via the available methods (such as USDC on Solana or a supported payment gateway) and then spend that balance on the Service.
  • Wallet balance has no cash value outside the Service except as described in our Refund & Delivery Policy, and is not a bank deposit or e-money.
  • You agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks. Abusive chargebacks may result in account termination and loss of balance.

5. Delivery

Delivery methods and timing depend on the item (for example, limiteds are sent as a player-to-player trade to the Roblox account you provide). You are responsible for providing correct Roblox account details and for meeting any requirements we state (such as having trades open or owning a tradeable item). See the Refund & Delivery Policy for details.

6. Seller marketplace

Approved sellers may list their own items. Sellers are responsible for fulfilling their orders and for the accuracy of their listings. We may hold seller funds for a review window, resolve disputes, and refund buyers where an item is not delivered. We may remove listings or revoke seller status at our discretion.

7. Giveaways

Giveaway entries are earned as described on the Service. Winners are selected at random, weighted by entries. Prizes are delivered through "My rewards". We may cancel or modify a giveaway if it is affected by error, fraud or technical issues. No purchase is required where prohibited by law.

8. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.
  • Do not attempt to exploit, hack, overload, scrape or disrupt the Service.
  • Do not resell access, abuse bugs, or manipulate pricing, giveaways or refunds.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viridian is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any action taken by Roblox Corporation against your account. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you spent on the specific order giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
